KWP WELLNESS PROGRAMME

After listening to members’ feedback KWP have introduced a Wellness Programme to support the girls both on and off the court.

This Programme is accessible for U12-U16s where we aim to provide monthly support in different areas including;

•  Nutrition
• ⁠Mental Health/Toughness
• Parent Workshops
• Team Activities 

Also part of the Programme is a 10 minute well being check-in appointment with our welfare officer after completing a wellness questionnaire and KWP funding team socials.
